Product Overview
The aluminum foil stand-up pouch with spout is a new type of flexible packaging container that integrates self-standing support and convenient drinking. The product consists of a stand-up pouch and a spout tightly combined. The bottom features a stand-up bottom design, allowing the pouch to stand firmly without external support. A food-grade spout is provided at the top or on the side, which can be opened and resealed multiple times, making it easy for consumers to drink directly from it or pour out the contents.
Laminate Structure
The product uses a multi-layer laminated film structure. Common material combinations are as follows:
- Outer layer: PET (polyester) for printing substrate and scratch resistance.
- Middle layer: Aluminum foil (AL) as the core barrier layer, providing excellent oxygen, light, and moisture barrier performance.
- Inner layer: PE (polyethylene) or RCPP (retortable polypropylene) for heat-sealing and food-contact safety; RCPP is used for high-temperature retort applications.
- Optional structures include: PET/AL/PE (standard), PET/AL/PA/PE (enhanced puncture resistance), and PET/AL/NY/RCPP (retortable, up to 121°C).

Heat-seal temperature: 150°C ± 10°C.
Temperature resistance: Standard grade can withstand hot-fill above 80°C; retort grade up to 121°C sterilization.
