Product Overview

Composite spout pouch is a flexible packaging solution combining multi-layer composite film and plastic spout, widely used for liquid, semi-liquid and paste products. Compared with rigid containers such as bottles and cans, it features lightweight, space-saving storage and transportation, convenient pouring and resealing. The built-in spout allows repeated opening and closing, effectively preventing leakage and contamination. This packaging form balances good barrier performance and flexible usability, meeting modern product packaging demands for safety, cost efficiency and user experience.

Material Structure

It adopts multi-layer co-extruded or laminated composite structure, and materials can be selected according to different product requirements. Common layers include:

- Outer layer: PET / BOPP, offering good printing performance, surface stiffness and scratch resistance.z

- Middle barrier layer: AL foil / VMPET / EVOH, to block oxygen, moisture and light, extend product shelf life.

- Inner sealing layer: PE / CPP, with excellent heat-sealing property, anti-leakage and compatibility with contents.

The spout is usually made of food-grade PP, matched with different cap styles. All raw materials can comply with food contact regulations upon request.
