Product Overview
The aluminum foil stand-up pouch is a high-barrier flexible packaging bag specially engineered for tea, dried fruit and other moisture-sensitive dry foods.
It is produced by laminating multiple film layers with an aluminum foil barrier, blocking moisture, oxygen and light to keep contents dry, crisp and aromatic throughout storage and transport.
Available with a resealable zipper and tear notch, it stands firmly on the shelf and offers convenient repeated use for everyday consumption.

Material Structure
The pouch is built from several functional layers laminated together. The outer printing layer is typically PET or BOPP film, which carries high-definition gravure printing and provides surface strength. The middle barrier layer is aluminum foil or VMPET, which is the key to blocking moisture, oxygen and light. An optional nylon layer may be added for puncture resistance, which is important for products with sharp edges such as nuts and dried fruit. The inner heat-seal layer is food-grade PE or CPP, ensuring strong sealing and safe direct contact with food. All inks and adhesives used are food-contact safe and BPA-free.
