It combines a kraft paper surface with a multi-layer composite film structure and a matte frosted window, keeping contents dry and aromatic while showing the product inside.
Produced with gravure or digital printing, it stands firmly on the shelf and supports both retail display and convenient storage.
Material Structure
The pouch is built from several functional layers laminated together. The outer printing layer is kraft paper or a kraft-look film, which provides a natural, premium texture and carries high-definition gravure or digital printing. The middle layer is a composite barrier film, usually VMPET or metallized PET, which blocks moisture, oxygen and light. An optional matte frosted window film is added for clear product visibility. The inner heat-seal layer is food-grade PE or CPP, ensuring strong sealing and safe direct contact with food. All materials are food-contact safe and BPA-free.
