It features a square-bottom (four-sided) construction that opens wide for easy loading, ventilation punch holes that release steam to keep crusts crisp, and a reinforced patch handle for comfortable carrying.
Fully customizable in size, thickness, print design and handle style, it suits restaurant chains, delivery services and retail food packaging.
Material Structure
The bag is made from food-grade polyethylene (PE) film produced by blow molding, which provides flexibility, tear resistance and reliable grease and moisture protection for hot takeaway foods. The square-bottom structure is formed by folding and heat sealing four side panels, giving the bag a flat base that stands open for loading. Ventilation punch holes are die-cut through the panels to release steam and reduce condensation. A die-cut or patch handle is heat-sealed to the top for carrying, and the film accepts high-definition flexo or gravure printing. All materials are food-contact safe.
