Product Overview

The OEM custom disposable paint pail liner is a 5-gallon anti-static barrier drum liner designed for industrial and chemical packaging. The product consists of a flexible inner liner and a standard pail or drum. It fits securely inside standard 5-gallon buckets, acting as a protective barrier between the container and the contents. The anti-static property prevents static electricity buildup during filling and dispensing, making it safe for flammable solvents and coatings. The liner can be easily removed and disposed of after use, eliminating the need for cleaning the outer bucket and reducing cross-contamination.

Material & Structure

The product uses a multi-layer co-extruded or laminated film structure. Common material combinations are as follows:

• Outer layer: PET (polyester) or PA (nylon) for strength, puncture resistance, and printing substrate.

• Middle layer: Aluminum foil (AL) or EVOH as the core barrier layer, providing excellent resistance to solvents, oxygen, and moisture.

• Inner layer: Anti-static PE (polyethylene) for heat-sealing, chemical resistance, and food-contact safety; special anti-static additives are blended into the inner layer to dissipate static charge.

• Optional structures include: PE/anti-static PE (standard), PET/AL/anti-static PE (high-barrier), and PET/PA/anti-static PE (enhanced puncture resistance).
