Product Overview
The aluminum foil popcorn bag is a food-grade, high-barrier flexible packaging bag specially engineered for popcorn, puffed snacks and other dry snack foods.
It is produced by laminating PET, aluminum foil and PE layers that block oxygen, moisture and light, keeping popcorn crisp and aromatic throughout storage and shelf display.
Finished with high-definition gravure printing and UV coating for a premium look, it is available with a resealable zipper in stand-up and flat formats for convenient everyday use.
Material Structure
The pouch is built from several functional layers laminated together. The outer printing layer is PET (polyester) film, which carries high-definition gravure printing and provides surface strength and gloss. The middle barrier layer is aluminum foil, which is the key to blocking oxygen, moisture and light. An optional spot-UV varnish can be applied over selected print areas for a premium tactile and visual effect. The inner heat-seal layer is food-grade PE, ensuring strong sealing and safe direct contact with food. All inks and adhesives are food-contact safe and BPA-free, with solvent-free lamination available.
